I've been involved in newspapers and journalism in one way or another for most of the last 25 years. Now that I'm retired from the National Guard and my kids are grown, I have time to try my hand at fiction as a hobby.
The subject matter and characters of the story ideas I've had so far are quite varied. Don't be disappointed if you like some but not others!
As a reader of amateur fiction for many years, I have been consistently disappointed by authors who start a story but, for one reason or another, fail to finish it. I understand that authors are under no contractual obligation to complete their stories, but I make this promise to my readers: I will NOT post the beginning of a story unless it is at least outlined/drafted to completion.
