In a claustrophobic sci-fi survival horror, six personalities, one body, must rapidly merge to survive the things for the experiment to succeed.

I woke up in a room, and everything in the world changed. This is part 1 of a book about hardship, friendship, survival, and, of course, aliens. Part 1 only contains hardship. Note: will publish as a weekly serial, part 1 has four chapters, part 2 has five, part 3....still fleshing out the story (ie, while written, still doing extensive edits and rewrites).

Novonids have green, chlorophyll-rich skin to derive nourishment from sunshine which makes them perfect fieldworker slaves. As the Novonid population increases, the Varadans are finding Novonids useful for low- and no-wage urban labor. Lise comes of age while living in the Green Zone, a Novonid ghetto, as tensions between Humans and Novonids threaten to become violent.

Nyk thinks the virus is of alien origin -- a biological weapon created by a faction on a rogue colony. He teams up with his ex-wife in a race against time to develop a cure before the separatists can unleash their plague.

As the title suggests, this story is a tribute to cmsix, one of my favorite authors, may he rest in peace. I realize that he only completed 19 stories of the 57 he started, but they are always good for making me smile. The plot is simple: Modern guy dies and ends up in a made-for-TV contest on a planet equivalent to Earth 40,000 years ago. Don't bother reading it if you're looking for a lot of emotional drama. This story is simply for your entertainment.

Okay, okay. So many readers have suggested that I write a futuristic space-age Lucky Jim that I started several different versions and managed to complete two. This one seems to be the best fit for the Lucky Jim series, although it's a bit different. Space opera set far in the future. While previous Lucky Jims are mentioned, and a general knowledge off the LJ series is helpful, its not necessary to enjoy this story.
