Kayla and Craig are best friends in desperate need of an escape from the capitalist dystopia weighing them down. Late one night they discover a stranded time machine piloted by a cyborg, "artificial organic," named Glyph, who promises them a vacation 1000 years into the future. They set out for a getaway beyond their wildest dreams, but soon discover that a danger of exploring the future is learning more than you should about what's right around the corner when you return.
