I have reuploaded the story, there were changes to chapter 24 that had not been added to the last upload. They should be good soon!

Update Information for Circa Tempore!

Hello! I have noticed that there is some issues in the yet-to-be published chapters towards the end of the story that are going to cause them to upload either out of order or incorrectly. Mainly that I had some of the chapter numbers overlapping in my document. I've also noticed that some of my formatting from my manuscript version of the book is not translating properly into the story formatting, losing some of the emphasis. It hasn't been too problematic so far, but it becomes more important later. I'm going to go through and fix these mistakes and reupload the story so far. Thanks!

Update: The Edits have been made and the story has been reposted. I will make sure all the chapters that have been posted are available asap and the story will get back on the same release schedule as before.

Circa Tempore: Some Information and some thanks!

Hello, and thanks for taking the time to read my story, as well as this blog. I appreciate it, and I hope you have been enjoying the story. With three main characters to focus on, getting through our opening was a bit tedious, but with the You/need portion of the story now out of the way, we are now officially in the "go" portion of the story, and I'm excited to see the feedback of it.

This story is my dreamchild, more than any other I've written. It's been in my head (in one capacity or another) for almost twenty years. In that time, I continuously got sidetracked on how I wanted to bring it to life. Sometimes it felt more like a comic, other times I imagined it more like a strategy RPG (ala Final Fantasy Tactics). At one point I even tried writing it as a screenplay. Eventually I realized that I should stick to the format I know, and love: Novels.

Now that chapter seven is officially posted, and the story is going to be picking up pace (narratively speaking) I wanted to lay out some expectations. The story is 44 chapters long, and amounted to about 488 pages in standard Word formatting, which is a huge part of why I've had struggles getting it published elsewhere. Not the best book to get published as your first book.

The book is the first in a trilogy. I'm well into the first draft of the next book, and I have the entire story fleshed out pretty well. I have a solid plan for where every single character goes, and how their story ends. I'll continue uploading a chapter a day until it's fully posted, but there will be a wait for the next book.

Thank you all so much for reading, I hope you enjoy it, and I would greatly appreciate your comments and feedback as the story progresses. Have a good week!
