Chapter 21
It is important that she joins you and the group. Also, I wanted to be the first to congratulate you. I am so glad that I’ll be a grandmother soon.
What! What in the hell are you talking about? I haven’t, son of a bitch those strange dreams I had in the Dragon caves.
His mother and sister were starting to get worried as Dan again started to glow. They did it without my consent, I should leave them again since I am nothing to them!
There was an explosion as the dreamscape was blown apart. He awoke with a swirling storm of energy like a tornado above him.
He looked at all eleven females with an almost ferrel look on his face as he growled at them. “You never fucking asked, you just took it from me! So, I am nothing to any of you but a breeder. You know what? The hell with all of you!”
With that, the shadows leaped out towards him, then he was gone. They all looked at each other. “How does he know?” Gre’ta asked.
Bell and Ella looked at all the other females. “What in the hell have all of you done now? That was the maddest I have seen him, what did you do!?” Bell shouted.
“At the Dragon caves,” Gre’ta started, all of them blushing. “We all used his unconscious body for sex and to breed.”
Both Bell and Ella’s mouths dropped open as they could only stare at the other female. “All of you should have known better. Dan has always been afraid of sex, he’s been trying to work up the courage to ask us,” Ella said.
“Now you took that from him,” Bell now had huge tears falling from her eyes. “It’s supposed to be a special time and all of you treated it as if it was nothing!”
Bell grabbed her sister’s hand as they walked away. Bell had an idea where Dan might be though it was a long way away.
The other nine females had their heads low as they realized that they had used Dan. They were feeling as bad as all the ones that had a deep hatred of Dan.
They all looked at Gre’ta and En’tra, “Is there any way that we can fix this?” Danea asked as she was still staring at the spot where Dan had vanished.
“I really don’t know, but without him, we are truly doomed. Wait! He said that we used him as a breeder,” she said as she looked at the others. “Who is with child?”
Gre’ta waited for whoever was to speak up. When no one did, she thought about looking herself but squashed that idea quickly.
Dan appeared back in the place where all this had started. He grabbed the knob from his pocket and turned it, smiling when it actually opened.
He managed to get it opened and went in. Then, when he tried to close it, he received the message, {Portal cannot be closed ‘til mission assignment has been finished.}
Dan cursed as he walked away, though he should go back, he was still pissed as hell. He thought of his mother and sister, shocked when the shadows wrapped him and he was there.
His eyes went wide when he saw that both his mother and sister had glowing hands with a lot of power. “Dan!” his mother said. Her hands dimmed as she stared at him. “What are you doing here?! You have to go back.”
Dan shook his head, “Why in the hell would I want to do that? I got used and abused by those damn bitches; I want nothing to do with them again!” Dan nearly shouted.
“What are you talking about?” his sister asked.
“I was a virgin, was! They took it as if it was nothing fuck them, fuck that world, fuck all of it!” Dan growled, not noticing that his hands were starting to glow hotter and hotter.
It wasn’t ‘til his mother and sister hissed and started to move away that he saw that they were almost white-hot. He ran to the bathroom to cool them in the tub, the steam covering the house quickly.
“Dan, if you have ice, use it to rapidly cool,” his mother was yelling as he switched to that. The steam was still bad but not as hot as his hands cooled.
He looked at his mother and sister with wide eyes, they had lied to him. They were magic users and they had lied to him!
As soon as he was cool enough, he walked out the door with his family, trying to get him to stay. He started walking not really noticing where he was, finding he was at the coven house of the twins.
An almost devious smile lit up his features as he turned to enter. There were at least thirty there when he entered, all were practicing.
They all screamed when they saw him and started to cast spells at him. He made a backhanding motion as almost all there were knocked off their feet.
The two elders mouths dropped open as they could feel the raw power that Dan possessed. They could also feel the anger that he was harboring against them.
Wisely, they did not cast nor make threatening moves toward him. “Hello Dan, may we help you?” The oldest asked one that Dan knew.
Dan didn’t speak for a few moments as he pointed at them. Both of the elder’s mouths dropped open as they found that they had no power!
“Are you that angry at us? What is wrong Grand mage Dan?” the same elder said.
Dan opened a viewing window showing Bell and Ella and the power levels they had. “You were keeping them at a low level when they are better than that, that pisses me off greatly.”
“That is how we,” the elder started, but Dan cut her off.
“You are trying to keep them weak and subservient to you. I am not really happy about that,” Here he opened two of their powers. “I came to end both of you and your idiot ways of teaching.”
Dan reached back and grabbed one of the witches that was trying to cast on him. He held her high in the air, “Let me go, you have no right!”
The elder was about to speak when Dan growled at the one he held, “You are obviously too weak to feel me.” Here he dropped her and pointed to a plain-looking male who was also suddenly, struggling and trying to get free. “You might want to not try that again.”
The male sagged and nodded his head, then Dan turned back to the elders. “We will remember, sir, the oldest elder said.
Dan nodded as he thought of his home and the shadows wrapped him and he was gone. “Dear god,” the second elder said, “Was that dark magic? We’re lucky to be alive.”
“More than you know, that is a very powerful and very angry man. We need to find the twins before he destroys us all. I counted at least nine aspects in him. He’s on the cusp of being an arch mage,” the elder said.
She looked at the thirty that were still picking themselves off the ground. The second elder clapped her hands as she said, “We need to find the twins and bring them here as soon as possible!”
They all started to concentrate and chant for the next two hours they had nothing. That was ‘til a girl said she’d found them.
“It’s so strange I feel as if they are so far away,” she said.
The elders looked at the male that Dan had almost taken out, who nodded. Dan had laid down his temper, having exhausted him.
His back door was still open, then it rocked a bit as a ball of energy surged out and headed to the twins’ coven. At the coven they all waited as the ball settled and became two female figures.
All there had their mouths drop open as they felt the power that they had. Especially Ella, who had seven fire spells.
Even the male was surprised at the power of the two. Bell and Ella looked around and shook their heads, “Dan’s been here, and he’s still mad as hell,” Ella said.
Both the elders weren’t surprised at the statement, then they asked them why he was so angry. After Bell and Ella explained, the elders mouths dropped open.
“The others thought he wasn’t pure so they didn’t ask, they just assumed. Dan holds that very close to his heart, so he felt deeply betrayed, we knew better, but they didn’t ask us,” Bell said with a very sad face.
“With the power he has, we’re not sure that even we, his only true friends, can calm him. It hurt us almost as bad as him,” Ella said.
Both sisters sighed as they were feeling as badly for Dan. They had no idea just how to help him.
Back in the magic world, the nine females were searching everywhere they remembered for Dan. As of yet, none of them had even got a feeling for where he’d gone.
That is ‘til Gre’ta came close to the forested area where Dan had started all this. She was definitely startled at the power readings that she was detecting.
She landed not far from where the door was getting sicker the closer she got to it. She scrambled back from it as she started to cast a multitude of spells on herself.
When she found the door, she couldn’t fit through it. Not easily deterred, she even tried shrinking down into her near human guise to no avail.
As strongly as she felt Dan, she knew that she and the others had to get through. She started to leave to find the others, when she also felt the two witches, though they felt very different.
She made it back to where they had split up looking for Dan. Kim’ta, Tygan, En’tra and Cre’sa. She explained what she’d found and the fact that they all needed to be there if they were going to get through.
The four stared at Gre’ta in shock as they started to question the dragon. En’tra and Cre’sa both nodded finally then stepped into the shadows.
A few minutes later, they both reappeared with a confused Marlena, Shae’ten, Danea and Anna. After explaining what Gre’ta had discovered, they started to plan.
En’tra, Cre’sa and Gre’ta each took two each. They were all soon at the door that Dan hadn’t been able to close.
They were all able to assume their human-like appearance that none of them had used it for a very long time. They all made it through, then found that they couldn’t change back to their true form.
They were all shocked, especially when they heard a noise behind them when Dan came into the room. “Uh, OK, just who in the hell are all of you? Plus, how are you in my home?”
Dan, we’re all here to apologize to you for what we did,” Gre’ta said, now a rather tall blonde.
Dan’s eyes stared at the two dark-haired, two white-haired, two brown-haired, though one looked to have a buzz cut. Then there was the blue-haired woman and one that seemed to almost have feathers instead of hair.
