Chapter 11

Joe had got out of the medibay around midnight, but everyone had gone to bed by then. Joe actually slept in this morning.

Both Kat and Annabelle were full of energy even after the workout, which they attributed to the medibots in their bodies. So they both made sultry productions of stripping off in the shower room. When everyone was naked in the shower area, Kat pounced on Mark like a waiting cat guiding him to the heated tile floor and sank herself down onto his enormous cock. Mark wasted no time fondling and kissing her large breasts as they bounced in front of his face.

Annabelle had now mounted Rayven, and they were fucking on the floor right beside Mark and Kat. Seeing both girls naked side by side, they looked almost identical now. The only identifying difference was Kat had a bit of a landing strip, whereas Annabelle’s pussy was bare, and Kat had a horseshoe tattoo on her left breast.

Suddenly fantasies of fucking twins were in both Rayven and Mark’s minds, and soon Rayven was moaning and squirting her hot cum into Annabelle’s pussy. Annabelle moved to the side and sat back down with her legs spread wide and fingered her cum filled pussy. Rayven kissed her and said, “Still want more?” as she curled her thumb into her palm and worked her fist into Annabelle’s pussy.

The sight spurred Mark on until he was soon cumming deep into Kat’s pussy. As they recovered from their shared orgasm. Kat assumed the same position as Annabelle, and Rayven slipped her other fist into Kat’s cum laden pussy.

Watching both girls getting fisted and the sloshy sounds of Rayven’s fists going in and out of their cum filled pussies, kept Mark’s cock hard as a rock. So he got behind Rayven and slipped into her pussy’s warm embrace.

Mark fucked Rayven’s hot pussy furiously, while watching the two girls orgasming from Rayven’s fisting. It didn’t take long before Mark was pumping cum deep into Rayven’s pussy, but as he did that, Rayven applied pressure to the cervix of both girls, making them both moan and squirm.

With everyone lying on the floor of the shower in a pool of cum, and cum still leaking out of every pussy in the room. Mark got up and turned on the water. Prompting the others to follow suit as they cleaned themselves off.

As they were finishing their showers, the smell of bacon came to the forefront, causing stomachs to grumble, making everyone speed up the drying and dressing process, so they could go eat.

During breakfast, Mark got a message from Liyana, saying the embassy was now ready for occupation, and that she would be down soon to pick him and the girls up. Right as everyone was finishing breakfast, Joe walked in and everyone had to do a double take. The change wasn’t quite as drastic as Mark’s, but Joe looked like he had lost a decade or two—a lean, mean fighting machine.

Joe sat down and ate a couple of plates full of food, prompting Kat to comment about the food budget going through the roof.

As everyone laughed at the comment, Maria reminded her they didn’t have a food budget anymore.

While the men were busy doing the chores, the kids got ready for school. Liyana and Maren had come down and were talking with Kat in the lodge, pecking at what was left of breakfast.

After the men completed the chores, and the kids were off to school; Liyana suggested the girls and Mark should come up to the embassy, so he can go through the non-resident test and the official identification process, which he should really do since he was the king and all.

Mark had seen the citizenship section in the library, but hadn’t prioritized looking at it yet, so he asked Liyana about how citizenship works in the Federation.

She said she would explain it on the way as everyone was looking to leave. Joe and Kat looked like they were going to spend the day fucking their brains out.

Mark had never actually seen the inside of the shuttle. It had about 8-foot of head clearance, so Mark didn’t have to duck or slouch and there were 5 seats with 3-point harnesses on each side of the shuttle, facing inward, and there was an opening to the front area where there was two seats for people to pilot the shuttle. The sides of the shuttle resembled tinted glass, like a tourbus, so you could see out the sides or the roof.

Maren did her quick pre-flight checks and lifted into the air. Once hovering, she flipped a switch to raise the landing gear, which automatically lowers the wings, then pushed the throttle forward and pulled back on the yoke.

Through the windows you could see the Earth rapidly shrink. It was an odd sensation, as the elevation rise you feel in an airplane wasn’t there, in fact you barely felt any movement due to the inertial dampeners.

As they flew through the atmosphere, a thought crossed Mark’s mind as he asked with a bit of worry, “What if I don’t pass the non-resident test?”

Liyana feigned a shocked ‘I-never-thought-of-that’ look on her face, until Maren just laughed. “You’ll be fine, my King. You are a true royal, just follow your instincts. Besides, I don’t think you have to do the non-resident test anyway.”

Within a few minutes, they were out of the atmosphere and weightless.

The next thing that came to Mark’s mind was to sell any stock in companies researching space flight, as there was no way any company on Earth could economically compete against riding in a craft that could make multiple trips to and from space every day!

Maren turned parallel to the Earth, so they could view the Earth out the port side windows. After a minute, she turned again and flew past the International Space Station, which looked very archaic and flimsy, compared to their technologically refined shuttle.

She then turned again and in front of them, at a much higher orbit than the ISS, was a beautiful gleaming white space station that looked like a huge aircraft carrier.

The embassy dwarfed the ISS in size, at over 500 metres long, 150 metres wide and roughly 100 metres tall.

“Whoa, that’s a big ship!” Mark said, “How many people do you have on that thing?”

Liyana answered, “The embassy should have about 50 personnel, comprising maintenance, communications, medical, ambassadors, general workers and some security, but it’s not a ship since it has no engines, although it has lateral thrusters for orbital adjustments.”

Since it was on most of their minds, Solara asked, “So what’s going to happen when we land?”

Liyana explained, “It’s a pretty simple process really, once we land, you follow the arrows. Depending on your history with the facility and the information provided by your medibots, you may get sent straight through, or you get directed to a security booth, where they verify your identity, and then ask your reason for visit, trip details and duration, etc.”

Mark asked, “What if someone doesn’t have medibots?”

Liyana said, “Everyone gets medibots as soon as they get on a shuttle or go into any Federation building since they are circulated through the air. If you already have medibots, they just add themselves to your reserve. Otherwise, they’re programmed with the identification that you provide when boarding a shuttle and begin scanning your body, so we have information by the time you reach the embassy.”

Mark asked, “What if people don’t want the medibots?”

Liyana stated very frankly, “We do not force them to get on the shuttle, and they do expire after a while.” then continued with her previous outline.

“Once they have confirmed your identity, they explain the instructions for non-resident testing and where the library is. Until you pass the test, the only thing you can access is the library and laws on any terminal. So most people will just wander around the embassy, or go to the library to study the laws, if they are travelling elsewhere. When you think you know the primary laws well enough, you can go to a testing centre.”

Mark reminded Liyana. “You were going to explain citizenship in the Federation.”

“Citizenship isn’t like on Earth. Anyone can live anywhere in the Federation and you’re automatically classified as a resident. However, without identification, even temporary medibot identification, they would find themselves fairly limited in what they could do. They would not be able to travel off-world, nor would they be able to vote in an election.”

Mark asked, “If everyone is a resident, what qualifies a person to vote?”

“You must be a citizen to vote. Residents become citizens when they get identibots and they need to have met the tax thresholds for both income and sales.”

“So a 12-year-old kid could theoretically be eligible to vote?”

“No, children would still be listed as a dependent on someone else’s tax file, that would disqualify them. Until they are no longer listed as a dependent on someone else’s tax file, they are ineligible to get identibots. If you are 20 yahren old, but still living with your parents and listed as a dependent, you can’t get identibots and can therefore not vote. I misspoke earlier when I said identibots are permanent, that’s not entirely true! If you become a dependent on someone’s tax file, your identibots would expire and dissolve just like the medibots.”

“So what about these income and sales tax thresholds?”

“Most youngsters, and even some adults, just do volunteer work and odd jobs for a little spending money, they rarely meet the thresholds. The Federation provides all the basic necessities free for everybody, but if people are not trying to be productive members of society and just living off the freebies—they would not meet the criteria to vote.”

“How much do you need to make to meet the threshold?”

“It varies from region to region, but I would say most of them are a few thousand credits for both income and spending.”

Mark smiled, “What about seniors though, once they retire and don’t have much income?”

“If they’ve invested wisely, they would still be making an income, but once you’ve been a productive member of society for a period of time, the income threshold is waived, but you still must meet the spending criteria, although it’s usually lowered for that segment of the population.”

“That’s an awesome system! It helps to keep most of the money made spent locally and if you aren’t living on your own and being a productive member of society, you don’t get to vote for the politicians that will manage that money.”

Liyana smiled, “Exactly! The people eligible to vote are the people that are productively growing the economy. You don’t want freeloaders trying to dictate the economy they are choosing not to participate in. We’ve seen that happen on too many planets and that never works out very well.”

“So if I’m already identified is a citizen, why do I need to take the test?”

“You don’t have a residence in the Federation. Non-residents need to pass the test in order to travel, just to make sure you understand our laws.”

Mark asked, “So what happens if a person fails the test?”

Liyana explained, “There is a 3 strike rule, you can fail the test up to 3 times before they deny you travel, then you must wait a yahren before you can try again. The identibots will be with you forever, so it is not like you can bypass the system and pretend to be someone else. To tell you the truth, if you have identibots, the crew of the shuttle know who you are as soon as you are aboard. So, if you have failed 3 times in less than a yahren, you won’t even make it on to a shuttle.”

Just then the shuttle touched down in the hangar, the ramp lowered and everyone exited. It wasn’t much of a hangar; it was more like an over-sized garage. The big thing was the clear force field that looked out across the huge landing deck with the moon in the background. It was a beautiful sight.

Everyone exited the craft and then a door opened with an arrow on the floor, pointing toward it. Everyone walked down a long clear tube across the deck of the embassy, toward what looked like a mall at the end, with a line of security booths.

At each security booth, there was a force field that allowed only one person in front of the agent at a time. The force field would alternate between red and green, showing when you could pass through it. There was a special booth at the end for processing people with babies or dependents that couldn’t go through a booth alone.

As soon as you were alone in the booth area, the agent already had information known about you on the display. If you were a first-time visitor with raw medibots, they programmed the medibots with the identification you provided. They then asked you the typical questions ... reason for visit, duration of stay, etc.

When finished, the far force field turned green and you could proceed. The process would then repeat for the next person in line. With each shuttle only able to carry 10 passengers, it wouldn’t take very long for everyone to get processed.

The embassy itself looked like a shopping mall. There were three levels, the two upper levels were lodging and the lower level was all the amenities.

There were a dozen small cylindrical buildings near the entrance and then the rest of the buildings looked like shops and offices. The street itself reminded Mark of a Vegas casino, because of the artificial lighting, although shops looked brightly lit. There were benches and tables spaced out down the middle of the street and even some play areas.

The system identified Liyana, Gyges and Maren, so they got redirected through the bypass lane. Everyone else got stopped and questioned. Mark, being the gentleman, let all the girls go first.

The girls were stopped only because their status was ‘unknown’, so they all went through quickly and their status was updated.

When Mark got to the booth, the girl’s eyes went wide when she saw his title. She immediately bowed and said, “My King, it is a pleasure to meet you. My name is Taryn.”

She then looked back and forth, between her display and Mark, and eventually said, “I admit I am a bit confused, the system knows who you are, but still made you stop?”

Mark explained, “It’s because my genetic scan says I am the King, but I am in limbo because I’m not a resident, so please, treat me like everyone else.”

It confused Taryn, “So you still want me to question you?”

Mark said, “Of course! I could expect nothing of anyone that I would not be willing to do myself. Plus, I would like to know how the system works!”

Taryn blushed. “My King, such candour from someone of your rank is rare. It speaks volumes to your leadership style already.”

Mark smiled. “Thanks, please proceed with your normal questioning.”

Taryn asked with a guilty look, “Um, what is your reason for visiting?”

“To attend my coronation,” as they both laughed.

Taryn asked, “What is your destination?”

Mark answered, “Atlanterra.”

Taryn asked, “Um, what is the duration of your stay?”

“I have absolutely no idea! Let’s just say I’ll be there until I’m not,” as they both laughed again.

Taryn said, “Welcome to the Earth Embassy, my King!”

Taryn pushed the button that turned his exit field green, and then she also exited her booth.

Liyana suggested that Mark go through the testing centre, so Mark shrugged his shoulders, “Sure, I’ll give it a shot. What do I do?”

Taryn guided Mark to one of the domes. They had walls 3 metres high and a domed top 3 metres around. When they reached the entrance, she waved her hand and said, “Just walk in the entrance, stand on the blue dot and the test will begin.”

Mark entered the dome, which was nothing but a pure white space with no shadows, just a blue dot on the floor. It was a bit disorienting, until he stood on the blue dot, and then the room went black. Seconds later, a holographic city street formed in front of him, and a voice spoke up, explaining the testing process.

All you had to do was walk down this street, along which you would encounter various scenarios that applied to one or more laws and monitor your brain waves and medibots to see your reaction. If you scoffed at a law or even thought anything that showed you might break that law, it would mark against you. The medibots recorded your test results.

After about 30 minutes, the room went dark again, and the door opened so Mark could see his way to the exit. Upon exiting, Taryn and Liyana were waiting for him, as the girls had already gone exploring.

Taryn said with a smile, “Congratulations, my King, you passed! I knew you would!”

Taryn was a fox, literally. She had short red hair and brown eyes; she had fox type ears with black tufts at the ends. Her face was human looking and, like other partial animal species, the hair or fur covers their head and the back of their neck, then wraps around the shoulders to cover the arms and follows the sides of their torso before angling toward the inside of the thighs and then covering the legs. They mostly cover their asses in short hair or fur, except for the ass crack, which is bare just because friction wears it away.
