Lise: New Story

Posted at

I have started posting Lise. This story is set in the same universe as the Earthbound
Series stories. However I don't regard it as part of that series. It's best described as a spin-off from The Lost Colony expanding on the plight of the Novonids from their point-of-view. It does stand on its own.

From a suitability viewpoint the scenes about sexuality are a bit more explicit although nothing is depicted in graphic detail. If Earthbound and its sequels would be rated "PG-13" then Lise would be rated "R".

The inspiration forLise was from the life of John Brown (1800-1859), the American abolitionist. Lise is, I believe, my best work.

The Lost Colony

I will be posting more chapters of The Lost Colony, the fifth and final volume of the Earthbound Series, once the final chapters of Altian Plague work their way through the moderation queue.

Inspired by the film Amistad, The Lost Colony is my favorite of the series. It combines hard sci-fi with mystery and courtroom proceedings.

It also served as a "backdoor pilot" for a spin-off series of which I completed one installment.

I hope you enjoy reading it as much as I enjoyed writihng it.

The Altian Plague

I decided to start posting The Altian Plague, volume IV of the Earthbound Series. This story is a bit more hard sci-fi than the first 3 volumes.

It also gives Senta an opportunity to redeem herself, and to find resolution with her relationship with Nykkyo. I am fond of Senta as a character and feel she was somewhat ill-used in the first 3 books, being represented as bit of a starts-with-B-rhymes-with-witch. Despite some personality issues she has a good heart and plenty to contribute.

Earthbound Trilogy

I have posted the conclusion of Planetbound, which completes my original Earthbound Trilogy. I have two more volumes that I wrote subsequently. I think I'll take a break from working on these for posting here, and see how the ones I have posted go over.

I do value feedback. Compliments, criticism, suggestions, gripes, bitches and cheap shots are all welcome.
