Chapter 10: Mortxexswaq and Bonan

A letter is handed infront of Charlie. He reads a letter “ Your path in becoming a master is coming closer. The first step is infront of You now. But have you found the successor. Do the deed”Charles R. Mortxexswaq as his full name reads is a young man. Since He was able to convert his cosmic powers at only 25 earth years he hasn’t aged since the deed. Already it has been 70 years since that day he hasn’t aged yet. Although he hasn’t transferred his cosmic powers to anyone as the masters do to a guardian or a protector, he is familiar with every thing that is today. A war veteran of nearly 1000 battles 10000 hand to hand combats and atleast half a dozen of beasts he has slayed in his path there is nothing left for him to accomplish as a leader. He can’t be a guardian as only an heir to a master can be one. But he doesn’t want to be one even if one provides one. But he wants more. He wants to meet the Lady Chaos the death mistress in life, he wants to see the watcher who notes time, he wants to see Infinity and Eternity, the opposer of Chaos in life. He knows many things of both the astral and the real world. He knows the cosmos even more than Darr.

Another battle is won. Yet again Captain Bullseye slays another gigantic beast called Boruc a troll this time with the famous sword. The Protectors are able to raid 2000 troll immigrants from Xander. Almost a thousands are killed while the remaining flee towards their island soon after Boruc is killed.

Bullseye returns as he looks up the island. He hasn’t still found the answers to his question. As soon as all of them board, Bullseye again goes atop the island and looks towards the cosmos. Charlie had already read his mind during John’s sleep and he feared what John was thinking about to do. In a hope to not lose his favorite comrade he calls John. “You called me Commander” asks John.

“Yes I believe I did Captain. But you can call me Charlie” Says Charlie.

“Any reasons Commander” asks John.

“Yes I wanted to talk to you about your whereabouts Bullseye. Do you know who you are or where your from” he asks. “No i dont. But looks like you do. I never thought you would ask me this” Says John.

“I will tell you one thing Bullseye. But you’ll have to find it yourself. You are from the same star system as Paul. “Says Charlie as he leaves. “John is somewhat happy with the clue. He considers Charlie as his friend. He goes in search of Paul. “Hey Paul. I never asked you about your home. Its been more than a year since we met.” Asks john.

“Well you are always busy either riding your horse, slaying monsters or sleeping at the roof of the island or the pod. “ He Says. “But why. Well Paula and I were summoned from Mars. You might know the red planet from the system solar. “ Paul replies.

“So I’m from one of the planets in the system solar. I should ask Darr tommorow when he returns.” John whispers to himself.

“How about some wine then Paul. We celebrate our friendship”Says John. “Now you’re talking Bullseye”says Paul as he reaches for jar of wine at the store and brings two cups.

He raises a toast

“For my friendship with the giant slayer horse rider Captain Bullseye”.
