An unusual young woman, Leza lives with, cares for, communicates and controls an army of the undead. She can teach the living how to survive, if the humans can only keep from killing her. Leza represents more than just another day of survival, but whether that portends humanity's rescue or the future of the undead is anyone's guess. This sequel follows each girl as they journey to different cities, trying to convince reluctant survivors to trust them to make them sick.

Maximilian 'Mad Max' Milton, the 2nd in-charge of the Think Tank gives reason to his nickname, and the war is on with those afflicted with The Contagion. But when he realizes these calls are from the past, he isn't sure how it will affect these strangers' lives or even his own. This story was intended to be a throwback to anthology shows like Twilight Zone. It takes place during the pandemic.
